Situated in Bekesbourne, this park is the inspiration of the late John Aspinall. It is the sister park to Port Lympne and is Kent's original wild animal park. The beautiful 100-acre site is home to 390 animals across 52 species including: the only herd of African elephants in Kent, western lowland gorillas, honey badgers, tigers, lions, leopards and so much more. Howletts is now run by Mr Aspinall's family, including his son Damien.
