Council Meetings

Bekesbourne Village Hall Bekesbourne Village Hall

Bekesbourne with Patrixbourne Parish Council meet every other month, unless otherwise stated. All meetings are held at Bekesbourne Village Hall and start promptly at 7:30pm. Parish Council meetings are open to the public wherever possible.

An agenda is published prior to the meeting, which describes the business that is due to be discussed. The meetings will adjourn for fifteen minutes for public participation. If you wish to speak about an agenda item at a parish council meeting, or you have a question to address, please let the Parish Clerk know in writing by the Friday before the meeting. Please try to give as much information as possible. Sometimes, it may not be possible to receive an immediate answer to a matter during the meeting, and if this is the case you will recieve a response if writing from the Clerk after the meeting.

Anu notices can be found on the Parish Council noticeboard, which is at the entrance to Bekesbourne Recreation Ground.
